I had passed over this story several times because, to me, there's really nothing all that exciting about a teacher who duct tapes his student's mouth shut.  However, I like the way this writer discusses duct tape as a general theme of the article, so I decided to post it here:

All teachers should have a roll of duct tape in their desks, they can say it is for something that needs a quick fix.  Then they can really use it to do stuff like tape over the students mouths.
