I made this ball with all of the scraps I've gathered from the past few months.
I'd say it ways around 3 pounds.
And that roll in the picture is a 55 yard roll.

Last weekend, I was using this ball as the perfect projectile in the giant catapult I built.  I could launch it without destroying it and then retrieve it and use it again, awesome.

But then, my dad took out the fireworks and we decided to stick a giant firecracker in the giant duct tape ball and launch it out of the giant catapult. 
We timed it wrong and instead of exploding in mid-air, it exploded in the neighbors field and left a nice crater.

This picture is all that is left of the duct tape ball.
