That wouldn't be that hard to make.  I have made a duct tape hat and can coolers, all I would have to do is tape them together and put a tube going to each can.
I don't think the shoes would be that hard to make either.

You should make a video that shows some of the stuff you've made, make sure that you show alot more stuff and alot cooler stuff.  Then put the video on the internet, like YouTube or Google Video.  And maybe send it into the show, or just wait until somebody finds it and then it gets brought to the attention of show.
